His younger last son has been educated in the Rehabilitation science and strives to serve the special needs population and their family. Mr. S. Shanmugavelu along with his wife Mrs. S. Velammal founded the VIKAS EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST to focus on children with special needs.
